Refund policy

At JD Prime Fitness we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying.
Digital products & training courses
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once a course or training plan has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll resolve it.
Personal training packages
If you wish to cancel a personal training package before sessions have commenced you are entitled to a full refund. Once sessions have begun, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for any unused sessions only.
Nutrition plans
Nutrition plans are non-refundable once the plan has been delivered to you as these are custom-built to your individual requirements.
Retreat packages
Retreat deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat date you will receive a refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
